Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related fields.
  • 3+ years experience in public relations, corporate communications, reputation management, or social media monitoring.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crisis and public relations management.
  • Experience with social media listening tools, Google Business Profile management, handling digital crises and providing strategic communication.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, generate insightful reports, think strategically and solve issues fast.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including operational, academic, legal and marketing.

Job Descriptions

  • Monitor social media platforms and track keywords related to the brand, products, or issues.
  • Respond to negative reviews and manage online reputation management strategies.
  • Analyze public sentiment and identify emerging trends.
  • Develop rapid response SOPs and key messages for digital crises.
  • Design proactive campaigns to enhance brand image and distribute content to divert negative issues.
  • Identify key influencers and strategize engagement with online communities.
  • Provide regular reports on public opinion and trends; create dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Use social media listening tools sentiment analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for integrated response strategies.
