Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Business, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of experience in FMCG, particularly in sales support, distribution, or operation control.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and distribution data.
  • Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent in Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Willing to be placed in Taman Tekno, Setu – Tangerang.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop effective distribution strategies to ensure optimal product distribution across all market areas.
  2. Support and oversee sales and distribution operations, including stock control and distributor performance.
  3. Ensure sales target achievement through strong operational support.
  4. Analyze sales and distribution data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Coordinate distributor development programs and provide support to align with business goals.
  6. Control operational costs and ensure efficient processes.
  7. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product availability and smooth distribution through the entire network.
  8. Prepare periodic reports on distribution and operational target achievements.
  9. Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
  10. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas.
  11. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  12. Providing a weekly and monthly comprehensive actual reports for both individually and sales team.
  13. Monitoring the activities of the sales team and participate in making company’s policy decisions such as discounts, promotion, etc
  14. Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies
