We are seeking a dynamic and driven District Manager to join a leading company in the consumer finance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing teams, and driving strategic initiatives to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Identify risks in the sales process and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- 1–2 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, with prior supervisory experience.
- Willing to be based in Padang and surrounding areas.
- Strong sales network and proven experience in sales management.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Adaptability to change and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide teams towards success.
