Document Controller

Job Description:

• Ensure all materials and method statement documents have been submitted prior starting work.
• Generate all reports in compliance with the requirements of the project.
• Maintain the database for the project teams, including uploading and compiling drawings, creating from distribution, and continuing best practices management of the data with periodic audits or reporting.
• Maintain registers and perform timely site record audits.
• Ensure that the Company quality policies and audit process are followed.
• Manage company email to sort, copy, scan and store documents.
• Check for accuracy, edit the data in the email.
• Effectiveness to distribute project-info, documents, reports across various departments.
• Create templates for future use,
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/ Degree in any field.
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
• Familiarity with construction project management.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Proficient typing and editing skills.
• Data organization skills.

· Required languages: English. Knowledge of Mandarin an advantage.
