Job Overview

A driver is a professional who drives clients around in an efficient, safe and timely manner. In addition to maintaining regular cleaning services for their vehicle as well as managing payments on time each week/monthly cycle goes by; drivers also plan routes based on road conditions. A driver will be responsible for driving the staff members to their destinations in a safe and timely manner. Besides, a driver will also be transporting goods and raw materials when need be.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Ensuring the safety of staff members and goods during the journey
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
• Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Male with maximum age of 33 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A / B1).
• Work experience in related position minimum 1 year.
• Clean driving record.
• Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Basic salary of Rp2.750.000 per month.
