About The Role – E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist
As a Sales Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by re-engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and supporting buyers throughout their journey. You’ll communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

About The Role – E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist
As a Sales Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by re-engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and supporting buyers throughout their journey. You’ll communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
- Provide product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best-fit solutions.
- Proactively engage customers via email, SMS, and live chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve strategies and achieve sales goals.
- At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e-commerce experience is a big plus).
- Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads.
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
- A quiet, professional workspace for calls.
