Job Description
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, ensuring proper implementation in project execution.
- Review and verify electrical designs, providing necessary feedback for improvements.
- Supervise and provide guidance to electricians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to align electrical work with overall project plans.
- Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Oversee E-House fabrication work, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Supervise the installation of cable trays, ladders, lighting, and HVAC/F&G devices.
- Ensure proper testing of lighting, HVAC, and F&G systems to confirm functionality and compliance.
- Ensure all electrical systems and equipment meet industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality assessments of electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety and technical requirements.
- Ensure that all work adheres to company policies and government regulations regarding electrical installations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and electrical subcontractors.
- Address client concerns and ensure expectations are met regarding electrical installations.
- Resolve any technical or operational issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety measures within the electrical team
- Proven experience in electrical supervision minimum 5 Years preferably in industrial or construction settings.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings and installation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable in testing and commissioning of lighting, HVAC, and F&G systems.
- Experience in material withdrawal processes and MTO handling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
