Elementary IT Teacher (Part Time - Rancamaya Unit)

Job Descriptions:

1. Teach Digital Literacy: lessons on coding, internet safety, and computer science etc, aligned with the curriculum to enhance students' tech skills.
2. Create engaging lesson plans, activities, and projects that enhance students' digital skills and critical thinking.
3. Assist Science in Engineering; support Science lessons by helping with hands-on projects with coding and autobots.
4. Work with teachers across departments and evaluate student progress through assignments and feedback.
5. Teach the lesson 1 day a week for the students.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or other major with certification in related area.
2. Excellent communication skills as part of Home School Collaboration with parents and collaboration with teachers.
3. Collaborative mindset to work with colleagues, parents, and administrators in promoting digital literacy initiatives is also crucial.
4. Strong understanding of internet safety, privacy, and ethical use of technology.
5. Proficiency in a wide range of digital tools, applications, and software relevant to middle school education.
