What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Assist directly with the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Data & System Management: Organize campaign assets, maintain clean contact lists, update segments, and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists are current.
• Performance Tracking: Compile, track, and analyze key performance data, translating findings into clear, actionable reports for internal teams.
• Community Support: Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms (DMs, ad comments, customer threads) to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Administrative & Research: Support account managers with ad-hoc admin tasks, conduct competitive research on marketing trends, and analyze return portal data to track key customer trends.
  
  

Who We're Looking For: Skills & Experience

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or a relevant administrative support role.
• Data Proficiency: Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using email marketing tools and familiar with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp).
