Your ‘day to day’
- Provide C&B services for employees and managers with comprehensive and reliable information from different C&B areas, and handle all incoming queries (phone calls, emails).
- Perform all C&B transactional and operational tasks at the affiliate level.
- Follow up on end-to-end ticket resolution, from receiving the request to providing the final answer to the customer and receiving feedback.
- Provide C&B solutions to employees' and managers' requests for information, assistance, or service based on respective HR content.
- Perform HR transaction processes in compliance with company policy and procedures (SOX, internal control, etc.) through audit report monitoring and follow-ups.
- FIXED-TERM CONTRACT Position for 6 months
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Collect assumptions on overheads, business expenses, and Others (including non-Tobacco business), consolidate budget through PBF&R tool for OB and RFs
- Review and validate period end accruals for PO and non-PO expenses based on defined criteria; post manual accruals for commercial investments
- Collect assumptions on Balance Sheet forecast, capturing business dynamics and provide B/S and Cash Flow input to the system
- Provide standard, ad hoc and scenario- based analysis on B/S, Net Working Capital and costs, including multidimensional view (Consumer Journey, ZBS, PBO)
- Prepare forward looking analysis to support resource allocation and investments planning advisory aimed at cost optimization, Working Capital improvement, and RRP growth
- Applied effective business partnering skill to strengthen collaboration among various function and stakeholder
- Escalate material deviations and propose corrective actions to Manager Finance Controlling
- Support the markets / region during the budget cycles (LRP/OB/RF/LE) in collaboration with Records to Record organization to ensure Legal Entity financials preparation
- Prepare analysis, ensure, and support for internal and external audit requirements (including SoX control), liaising with the auditors and colleagues across the business as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional with min. 5 year of relevant work experience in Finance with depth understanding of Corporate Finance (Financial Statement and PMI Reporting).
- Have experience and exposure in Financial Planning (budgeting and forecasting)
- Have experience in Finance Fundamentals and Accounting
- Have experience on business partnering
- Excellent communication skill. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
- Willing to be located at Surabaya or Jakarta
