Job Description

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while managing a specific kitchen section
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and food quality
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and proper inventory management
• Assist in menu development and train junior staff
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and various food preparation techniques
• Excellent knife skills and creativity in dish presentation
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a kitchen brigade
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Basic English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
