Job Description:
1. Interpreting and analyzing technical plans and specifications for the project.
2. Coordinate with project team and vendor to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and requirements.
3. Monitor construction progress, schedules, and project costs to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction
process.
5. Conduct quality inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet specified quality standards.
6. Manage any design changes and planning alterations that may arise during the course of the project.
7. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, change logs, and inspection records.
8. Coordinate feasibility studies and arrange for necessary structural testing as required.

Applicants for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree of civil engineering with a minimum GPA 3.00.
2. Preferably having experience at least 2 years in civil works, but fresh graduate can be cosidered.
3. Use applications/software to produce civil assesments and calculations, e.g. AutoCAD.
4. Excecute on site Civil work together with Project Engineer team.
5. Deliver cost-efficient solutions according to project budgets.
6. Strong communication skills

7. Willing to be placed in the Head Fffice of Cimanggis-Depok.
