At Cinch, we're seeking a Fullstack Developer proficient in Laravel and Next.js to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and developing comprehensive web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end aesthetics and back-end functionality. Your expertise will drive the creation of scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Craft responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring an exceptional user experience across devices.
• Back-End Development: Develop robust and scalable APIs with PHP and Laravel, facilitating smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Cloud Integration: Utilize AWS services to enhance application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Quality & Testing: Implement best practices in testing and continuous integration to maintain high code quality and facilitate rapid deployments.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Skills:

• 4+ years of experience with the Laravel framework.
• 2+ years of experience developing with Next.js and React.js.
• 1+ year of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.
• Experience in designing scalable, maintainable architectures.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects
