Technical Engineer Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing User requirements.
  • Assessment for gathering information from the user side.
  • Design and Configuration for all technical projects.
  • Maintaining and updating running projects.
  • Creating and designing proposals for user needs.
  • Creating BOQ and calculating project cost.
  • Determine the best solution for user needs.
  • Help the sales team with an explanation solution for the customer side
  • Achieve KPI target for the technical team.

Technical Engineer Requirements

  • S1 education, for D3/SMK/SMA equivalent, is still under review.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates welcome or minimum 2 years experience
  • Have excellent knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, internet applications, network & data communications, Routing & Switching.
  • Have excellent knowledge of servers, infrastructure, storage, and backup.
  • Carry out analysis, planning, and implementation of projects.
  • Handling customer technical issues and technical status updates
  • Interaction and coordination with customers for technical issues
  • Lead IT projects in Network and Infrastructure
  • Implementing new technologies in various IT technologies
  • Present implementation and installation plans to customers
  • Placement in Cipondoh, Tangerang
