You will be responsible for undertaking maintenance works within your recognised scope and will oversee all external maintenance activities, ensuring lowest operating costs and most effective results. You will ensure our standards and procedures are maintained consistently and implement ideas to improve maintenance activities through close alignment with hotel business objectives.

Job description :

• Action and prioritise maintenance requests according to level of urgency and importance, as agreed with the Owner, according to the Hotel Preventive Maintenance Programs established

• Communicate effectively on a daily basis with the maintenance team and other departments and provide an up to date and detailed maintenance report as requested

• Maintain the function, physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical. mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

• Performing preventative maintenance.

• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.

• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
