Engineering and Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Engineering and Manufacturing Manager to lead and drive the growth of our engineering and manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services to both internal and third-party clients while maintaining strong financial, operational, and safety performance. The engineering and manufacturing manager will take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit, champion health and safety, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.

With a strong background in MEP design and delivery, the successful candidate will oversee the integration and coordination of MEP systems while promoting offsite construction as a key value proposition within the business and to third-party clients.

The role will be based in Bekasi Workshop.

Requirement:
• Strong background in MEP design and delivery, with expertise in MEP systems integration and coordination.
• Experience leading engineering and manufacturing operations, ideally within an offsite construction or modular manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in P&L management, financial decision-making, and driving business growth.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and operational efficiencies.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to fostering a safe working environment.
• Passion for innovation, modern methods of construction (MMC), and digital engineering.
