Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the introduction, management and maintenance of automation equipment, solve equipment bottlenecks, and OEE and UPH in advance;
2. Responsible for product production process and technical efficiency optimization management, improve product production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs through lean production;
3. Responsible for the work of process, equipment, engineering materials, PE, IE, to ensure that the product is put into production and meets the technical requirements of the product;
4. Maintenance and supervision of facilities for normal operation of supporting factories;
5. Developing the Engineering Organization.
   

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above major in electronics or electromechanical and other related majors;
2. Proficiency in using related 2D and 3D software, such as ProEng (creo), Autocad, etc.;
3. More than 10 years of work experience in automobiles, mobile phones or consumer electronics, large foreign companies are preferred and more than 5 years of management experience;
4. More than 4 years of experience in the introduction and maintenance of automation equipment;
5. Overall strategic layout and planning capabilities;
6. Have their own understanding of intelligent manufacturing and industry 4.0;
7. Team management ability.
