Responsibility:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to e-mail
- Handling customer inquiries by calls and e-mail
- Providing customers with Product and Service information
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Documenting all information according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Completing all calls and e-mail logs
- Updating customers' profiles into computer
- Conducting customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Experience minimum 2 years in Hospitality or Travel Industry
- Fluent in English both of Written and Speaking (Minimum C1 level required) (will be tested during the recruitment process)
- Communicative
- Working hour Monday to Friday (9.00 - 17.00), but sometimes required to work on Weekend/Public Holiday
- Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI
