Job Description:
Provide private English lessons to students of various age levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English Education, English Literature, or related field
  • TOEFL or IELTS certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in English teaching materials for all levels
  • Minimum 1 year teaching experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Excellent communication skills and pronunciation
  • Ability to teach using interactive and engaging methods
  • Based in Batam
  • Own transportation preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct private lessons according to agreed schedules
  • Develop learning materials tailored to students' needs and levels
  • Implement effective teaching methods to enhance students' English proficiency
  • Perform regular evaluations of student progress
  • Communicate with parents regarding learning developments
  • Prepare student progress reports
