Requirements:

• Strong spoken English, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage learners effectively in groups, both online and in person.
• Experience with students aged 2–10 years preferred.
• Strength in differentiated learning, play-based, and/or project-based learning is desirable.
• Commitment to a duty of care and positive cooperation with parents.
• Integrity and a growth mindset that can be modeled for students and peers.
• Positive influence on the team to help build a healthy culture.
• Demonstrated understanding and ability in effective lesson planning, professional collaboration, productive teaching strategies, assessment, and documentation of students’ learning.
• Willingness and creativity in helping with the recruitment of students.
• Fresh graduates will be considered, given the right attitude, enthusiasm, and skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience expected.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
