Environment, Health and Safety Principal Officer

Functional description

Assist the EHS Manager in ensuring that all workers are safe and secure during their activities at PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA.

Condition of employment and interaction

Cooperation with all departments within BT TPS.

Working closely with other departments and listen to their feedback in terms of EHS performance.

Requirements

Education

• Degree/Diploma in environmental, occupational health, and safety or in a relevant discipline.
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (General Safety Expert).
• Certified ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
• Certified ISO 45001 Internal Auditor.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experiences in safety officer/staff role in Environment, Health and Safety.

Knowledge

• Knowledgeable in ISO 14001 Environment Management System.
• Understand about RKL RPL Rinci and be able to make the report.
• Understand about Waste Handling Management System.
• Knowledgeable about Indonesia Regulation especially for safety and environment.
• Experienced in implementation, analysis of findings and reporting of internal audits ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SMK3.
• Knowledgeable about Aspect Impact Assessment.
• Experienced in implementation and analysis of environmental monitoring measurement.
• Understand about EHS Management Systems (Preferred if ISO 45001 and SMK3 Internal Auditor).
• Good knowledge in CO2 Emission Calculation Report and EHS KPI Tracking (Environment).
• Good knowledge in Environment Incident investigation procedure.
• Good knowledge of Analysis of Hazard Observation/ Nearmiss Cases.
• Good knowledge in analysis and reporting of gemba walk result, audit result, HOC/ nearmiss cases.
• Capable of processing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
