Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety & 5S compliance with zero incidents.
  • Create/modify pickup orders in SAP (local & overseas).
  • Count parts daily before order release.
  • Track and follow up on delivery delays.
  • Report part issues (mix-up, damage, location errors).
  • Alert team on overstock/shortage risks.
  • Calculate supplier service rate (OTIF).
  • Follow schedules, attendance, and cycle time targets.
  • Propose improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Requirements

  • High school/vocational diploma minimum.
  • 3+ years in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • SAP experience (MM module).
  • Physically and mentally fit for warehouse work.
  • Agile, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and stay motivated.
  • Ethical, professional, and collaborative.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
