ERP (Odoo) Project Manager

Unitek is looking for a Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects (primarily Odoo) for our diverse range of clients. You’ll work closely with our Business Consultants, Developers, and Support Team to ensure every project runs smoothly — from kickoff to go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Coordinate between consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Track project scope, timeline, and budget with agility and discipline
• Communicate project updates transparently to all parties
• Manage risks and proactively solve roadblocks
• Ensure client satisfaction and system adoption post-implementation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager (preferably in ERP or IT projects)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of business process is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand business processes across departments
• Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms is a big plus
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-project environment
