Research, Map , and Plan the strategic calendar of events (online and offline) with the best combination of quality and cost efficiency

Develop strong networking with potential partner to grow our business through barter, paid partnership, and corporate training.

Build a strong brand awareness in Surabaya and Surroundings and increase traffic to Centers

Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.

Manage all event operations: supporting tools, merchandises, rundown, coordination with speakers, partners, and staff members.

Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports in system.

Oversee event/activities happenings, Act quickly to resolve problems, and Review the Success

Lead and present the best of EF EFEKTA’ brand awareness and experiences to external parties.

Develop relationships with potential partner to grow our business through barter, paid partnership

Requirements:

Minimum 2-year of experience in B2B Partnership, Event Specialist, Project Manager (offline and online / webinar/ workshop/ bootcamp)

Have a strong network with university and community

Confident to be a moderator in online / offline events

Multitasker; Willing to travel and work in flexible hours.

Excel in project management, networking, communication, and negotiation

Adaptable & have a good interpersonal skill

Loves to be creative with an eye for detail

Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred.

Familiar with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Slides) and Microsoft excel, Zoom, Teams.

Target oriented (valid leads and other deliverables)
