Responsibilities:

  • Plan public relations programs and events aligned with sub-function objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of event activities throughout the program.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing Communications teams (Brand Executive, Visual Merchandise & Project, Marketing Communications, etc.) to support events.
  • Work closely with Operations and Boutique departments for event execution.
  • Partner with Creative and Design teams to ensure event materials are available.
  • Liaise with the Finance, Accounting, and Tax departments to handle payments.
  • Build relationships and coordinate with external partners (banks, brand partners, corporations, vendors, collaborators, etc.) for event purposes.
  • Ensure event logistics and budget align with plans, in coordination with General Affairs.
  • Conduct research on public relations and event trends to support strategy development.
  • Prepare public relations and event reports, analyzing outcomes on a regular basis.


Qualifications:

  • Education Level: Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Age Range: 24-35 years.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Public Relations & Event/Marketing Communications Supervisor.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong understanding of events, public relations, and media.
    • Familiarity with the luxury industry.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    • Experience with ERP systems or similar tools.
