Role Description :
The Event Budget will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring budgets for events. Ensuring cost efficiency and accurate financial reporting throughout the event lifecycle.
Qualification :
- Minimum 1 years of experience in event budgeting or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistic, or a related field.
- Proficiency in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency with excel, event cost structures and vendor negotiations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with event teams and vendors.
- Commitment to ensuring budget compliance and optimizing resource allocation.
