Role Description :

The Event Budget will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring budgets for events. Ensuring cost efficiency and accurate financial reporting throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualification :

• Minimum 1 years of experience in event budgeting or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistic, or a related field.
• Proficiency in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with excel, event cost structures and vendor negotiations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with event teams and vendors.
• Commitment to ensuring budget compliance and optimizing resource allocation.
