  • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with event organizers and potential collaborators to enhance brand visibility for PCS Payment's POSe product.
    • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial collaboration terms that align with PCS Payment's marketing objectives.
  • Event Management & Execution:
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure seamless and successful event execution.
    • Oversee the overall event experience for organizers, tenants, and visitors, prioritizing service excellence, operational efficiency, and impactful brand placements.
  • Post-Event Analysis & Optimization:
    • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement in future events.
    • Develop actionable recommendations and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of future event collaborations

  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing consumer/transaction-based events and graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g. MICE).
  • Well-established connections within the events industry, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated agility in problem-solving and the ability to think quickly and decisively in dynamic situations.
  • Willing to WFO at BSD CITY
  • Willing to travel on a business trip
