Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and a successful experience for attendees.

Responsibilities :

• Plan & Organize Events – Develop event concepts, set objectives, and create timelines.
• Manage Logistics & Operations – Book venues, arrange transportation, and coordinate catering.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders – Work with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and team members.
• Promote Events – Oversee event marketing through social media, email, and partnerships.
• Handle On-Site Management – Supervise event setup, registration, and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate & Report on Events – Collect feedback and analyze event success.

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
• Must be willing to participate in a one-year remote internship program.
• Must be willing to serve as a committee member for YBB programs for one year.
• Must possess good physical and mental health, along with strong communication skills.
• Must be capable of performing effectively under challenging circumstances.
• Must be tech-savvy.

Required Tools & Softwares :

• Project & Task Management: Trello, Asana, Notion.
• Communication: Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, Email.
• Event Planning & Registration: Eventbrite, Google Forms, AirTable.
• Marketing & Promotion: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp.
• Budget & Tracking: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel.
