Responsibilities
As the Event & Employee Experience Officer you’ll be responsible for creating memorable and meaningful internal events that engage and inspire our team. We're looking for someone with a creative flair and a passion for developing unique, “outside-the-box” ideas that foster a positive and vibrant workplace culture. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to bring fresh, exciting ideas to life.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan, organize, and execute internal events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and cultural events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, budgets, catering, and scheduling.
- Ensure all events are well-coordinated and run smoothly.
- Generate unique, “outside-the-box” ideas for events that surprise, engage, and delight employees.
- Develop event concepts that are fresh, creative, and tailored to our company culture.
- Promote upcoming events through internal communication channels and encourage employee participation.
- Track event budgets and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
