- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2-3 years as Executive Assistant, PA, or Operations Coordinator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation tools (Lark, etc.)
- Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Fast learner eager to understand tech operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable with direct, results-focused feedback culture
- Extended availability required
- Hybrid work model in Batu
- Direct exposure to product development and tech operations.
- Represent leadership in high-level business meetings.
- Learn how real tech companies operate from the inside.
- Rapidly build valuable expertise in the fintech industry.
