Export Import Specialist

Qualifications & experience

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations.
• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of export-import processes and customs regulations.
• Proven experience handling BC documents and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export documentation (e.g., Masterlist, PIBB, PPJK).
• Proficient in operating the EDI customs system.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of PI (Persetujuan Import) and LS (Laporan Surveyor) processes and their application within the relevant department.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment statuses and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on export-import activities and shipment performance.
• Manage daily operations and ensure accurate data execution.
• Handle export/import documents (PEB/PIB, PI, LS and other related document).
• Accurately classify and value goods for tariffs and taxes.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team for effective planning.
• Ensure competitive pricing for customs clearance and logistics costs.
