Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Export Staff to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all export activities to ensure smooth transactions and deliveries to our global clients. This role involves extensive communication with international customers, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The candidate must also be prepared for overseas business trips.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all export-related documentation and processes
- Coordinate with international customers and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
- Assist in handling inquiries and resolving export-related issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on export activities
- Collaborate with the sales and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Bachelor's degree in international business or related field
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
- TOEFL certificate required
- Willingness to travel abroad for business assignments
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
