External Relation Supervisor

Job Description:

• Ensure all security operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and legal standards.
• Stay informed about changes in legislation that may impact security protocols.
• Serve as the liaison between the legal department and military/law enforcement agencies.
• Establish strong working relationships to facilitate information sharing and support.
• Manage and coordinate responses to security incidents involving legal implications.
• Conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports for legal review.
• Develop and implement training programs for security personnel on legal protocols and procedures.
• Ensure staff understand the legal implications of their actions in security scenarios.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and compliance efforts.
• Prepare regular reports for management detailing security status and legal compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience collaborating with military and law enforcement agencies is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with military and police personnel.
• Ability to analyze complex legal situations and develop appropriate responses.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
