FA & Tax Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for managing company financial transactions, preparing accurate accounting records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Monitor daily cash flow and bank transactions.
• Prepare and process payment requests, reimbursements, and petty cash reports.
• Manage AR/AP (accounts receivable/payable) and ensure timely settlements.

Accounting:

• Record and reconcile all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Tax:

• Prepare, calculate, and report monthly and annual tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, etc.).
• Ensure all tax filings and payments are made accurately and on time.
• Liaise with the Tax Office (KPP) and external consultants when required.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax regulations and their implications for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong analytical thinking.
