Responsibilities

• To carry out the detail day to day task assigned.
• Maintaining AMC record of critical and non-critical equipment.
• Maintaining checklist for regular all facilities operations.
• General administration handling of day to day activities.
• Planning, scheduling and execution of housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Regular management of housekeeping operation to ensure proper upkeep of Premises.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians to ensure the implementation and maintenance ofbuilding facility is readily available to support the plant operational requirements.
• Ensure that all plant manufacturing facilities/assets are well maintained following thedefined periodic maintenance checklist.
• Ensure that first level of consumable common spare parts of building facilities are alwaysavailable and with stock.
• Liaise to internal parties within OSIE for any facility technical related issues.
• Liaise to external parties (Suppliers, Contractors, Customer) for any facility technical relatedissues.
• Manage utilities cost (electrical, water) and ensure within the company’s target.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• To be able to troubleshoot electrical failure and repair Plant/facilities equipment in theshortest possible time.
• To be able to work with external vendors and internal cross functional groups to resolveplant facilities issues and minimize downtime.
• Good knowledge on facilities technical aspects (planning, setup, maintenance).
• Master in AutoCAD.
• Proven work experience in facilities engineering
• Excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of ISO14001
• Experience in Facilities Plant equipment repair and maintenance
• CAD or AutoCAD skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
