About the Role

    ⁠
  • Membuat dan menjaga timeline produksi
    • ⁠
  • Menentukan biaya produksi secara keseluruhan dan melakukan negosiasi harga dengan vendor
    • ⁠
  • Identifikasi dan evaluasi potential vendor untuk kain, trim, dan bahan lain yang diperlukan untuk produksi
    • ⁠
  • Production Plan : Membuat timeline sesuai dengan deadline serta memastikan bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan tersedia saat dibutuhkan untuk menghindari keterlambatan
    • ⁠
  • QC: Memantau kualitas bahan dan product jadi yang diterima dari vendor untuk memastikan memenuhi standar perusahaan
    • ⁠
  • Inventory : memastikan stock cukup tersedia untuk memenuhi permintaan produksi
  • Menjadi penghubung antara designer dan vendor, menyediakan detail BOM, spesifikasi desain, dan setiap perubahan dalam proses produksi
  • Menganalisis biaya produksi, dan menerapkan langkah-langkah penghematan biaya dengan tetap menjaga kualitas produk

Requirements

  • Lulusan dari jurusan apapun diperbolehkan.
  • Lulusan SMK dari jurusan fashion design dan sejenisnya diperbolehkan.
  • Minimum pengalaman selama 2 tahun sebagai fashion designer / fashion merchandiser / production.
