F&B Service / Waiter / Server

Responsibility of waiter/server :

• Greet and seat guests and provide menus.
• Take orders accurately and offer menu recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct orders.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and answer questions.
• Address customer requests or complaints professionally.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
• Process payments
• Collaborate with staff for smooth service and adhere to health regulations.
• Engage in upselling to enhance customer experience.

Qualification :

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, attentive, and able to handle guest requests or complaints professionally.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English (and ideally Indonesian) for interacting with international customers.
• Knowledge of Menu: Familiarity with food and beverage offerings, including local and international cuisines.
• Experience: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is often preferred.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with kitchen staff and other team members.
