As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in project management are a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations or project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, construction processes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
