Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Marketing, Economy or related fields
- Minimum 1 year exp in regular event activation
- Leadership Proficient in understanding various materials and the pricing of collaterals
- Possessing strong communication skills when dealing with relevant parties in the work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team & Physically healthy Possesses personal work tools and is able to work efficiently from any location
- Excellent communication (speaking and writing in Indonesian and English), literacy and detail orientation Ability to work with deadlines
- Mastery of computer operations (word, excel, power point), files, correspondence Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Creating team schedules for all program activities on daily and weekly
- Providing team colleteral and equipment and ensuring they are in good condition
- Reporting activity outcomes across all regions to the supervisor
- Managing operational funds for the team
- Assting the Supervisor in coordinating with the Technician team, DS, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and external teams such as CH and Venue Management
