Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
  • Preferably experienced in Field Sales / Marketing Strong leadership skills to manage the team minimum 1 year
  • Owns a smartphone and is proficient in using digital applications
  • Excellent strategic planning and communication skills
  • Must enjoy fieldwork with high mobility and motivation
  • Must own a personal vehicle and be familiar with the local city area.

Job Desc

  • Daily Visit Mex/agent Kios total 28 Agent per day
  • Daily Push Linked Bank and Transaction Mex 10 per day
  • Maintain Existing and new agent to be active and productive
  • Education to all segment agent on area focus online or offline
  • Update Competitor activity and price market
  • Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue
  • Daily report to leader about the day activity area
  • Lead the tim under Area Focus tobe perfom by KPI and target
  • Maintainance Reguler or agent kios on area focus
