Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive oversight of financial operations to support informed decision-making.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements to mitigate financial risks.
3. Assist in strategic planning through effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
4. Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
5. Lead and develop finance accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
6. Serve as a key point of contact for financial insights and reporting to stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field from reputable university.
2. Having 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
3. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
4. Proficiency in accounting software SAP 4 HANA, familiar with forecasting techniques and data analysis tools.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proven experience in leading and developing teams and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
