Finance & Accounting Manager

Qualification

• At least 4 years of experience in finance (solo contributor).
• Preferred 2+ years experience as Finance & Accounting SPV or Assistent Manager Level
• Strong knowledge of financial and tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Preferred to bring your own laptop for work purposes.

Job Description

1. Prepare and implement the financial budget report, with regular follow-ups on its execution.
2. Oversee expense reviews, cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, including the preparation of accounting statements and financial reports.
3. Standardize accounting document management to ensure the safety and completeness of financial records.
   Supervise, control, and ensure the unified management of financial and statistical data submitted externally.
4. Foster good communication and maintain relationships with banks, tax authorities, finance bureaus, audit departments, and other relevant entities.
5. Coordinate daily interactions between the finance department and other departments.
6. Organize and establish financial management systems and relevant policies, ensuring their implementation.
7. Define job responsibilities for the team, conduct performance evaluations, and manage daily work assignments while tracking progress.
