Finance Accounting Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our team with responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage audits, both internal and external, and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize financial performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes for better efficiency.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years in managerial positions
• Experience working in the manufacture industry
• Have strong knowledge in accounting and finance, as well as taxation regulations
• Outstanding in communication and leadership management skills to lead a large finance & accounting team
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill
• Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, good leadership & teamwork
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
• Having an experience using SAP is preferable
• Willing to stay and travel for business purposes
