Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily and monthly Management Reporting packages, including detailed variance analysis.
• Develop the Annual Budget, ensuring compliance with all processes and providing in-depth analysis.
• Collaborate with the operations team to monitor plant performance and highlight significant variances to management.
• Monitor and control costs against the budget to ensure actual expenditures do not exceed allocated amounts.
• Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Maximum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing accounting, with a focus on cost control and management reporting.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in SAP software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan (no roster system).
