Finance Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
• Maximum age: 35 years old
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in consulting or auditing
• Holding Brevet A, B, and C certificates is an advantage
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Character traits: Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

Job Description:

• Review all payment vouchers (payable/cash) and receipt vouchers to ensure journals and expenses are posted correctly
• Prepare comprehensive memorial journals
• Ensure timely tax payments and reporting every month
• Prepare financial statements systematically and in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Identify and resolve issues in accounting systems and operational procedures
• Develop forecasts related to corporate governance, particularly in financial planning
• Plan, organize, and manage company cash flow, financial reports, and financing activities
• Perform other tasks as required by the company

This position is based in Jakarta, with offices located in Pluit and Sudirman.
