Job Description:
1. Oversee the work of the Finance & Accounting Staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
2. Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for individual and team development.
3. Implement and improve workflow processes to optimize team efficiency.
4. Review and approve the work of the Finance & Accounting Staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Monitor internal controls and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
6. Stay abreast of current accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
7. Assist in the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
8. Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights for management decisions.
9. Communicate financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
10. Oversee the operation of the finance/accounting system, including user access and data security.
11. Implement new system features and updates as needed.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education background is Bachelor (S1) from Finance or Accounting major
2. Minimum of 2-years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor, experience in Property Management industry would be an advantage
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
4. Good with data and presentation report
5. Basic English proficiency
