Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day financial operations
- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Lead initiatives for process develop and implement financial strategies, policies, process improvements and procedures to support business growth
- Act as the finance controller to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultant and bank
- Support execute management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in financial modeling
- Strong leadership, communicarion and team management skill
- Experience working in fast-paced enviroments and managing cross-function teams
- Experience in a startup environment or big 4 is advantageous
- Have a responsibility, honest and disciplined personality
