Finance & Accounting Staff (12 months' contract) in Indonesia - Your future position?

Being a Finance & Accounting Staff in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will be part of local Finance team for managing all finance and controlling activities on monthly book closing, account analysis, VAT, WHT and Corporate Income tax filling, group and statutory report and participate in ad hoc projects. You will be working closely with Financial Accounting Manager and various stakeholders and supporting Finance Manager to ensure efficiency and compliance.

In this role you also will:

• Manage month end closing for Indonesia.
• Working closely with controller on SAP contract settlement.
• Account analysis, including Group and statutory reporting.
• Support VAT, WHT and Corporate Income Tax Filling.
• Assist in checking of compliance with internal procedure and controls.
• Support to GBS in troubleshooting related to General Accounting.
• Collaborate and business partner with regional finance team and local cross-functional team.

Your professional profile includes:

• University graduate with a major in accountancy or tax.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience including in the field of taxation and accounting.
• Fluent in English, local language a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Being action oriented and having the ability to work independently.
