Job Responsibilities

Check and analyze all financial transactions including payments, cash flow management, budget, reporting and compliance in accordance with applicable provisions in the company.

• Assist in the preparation of the company's budget and analyze the use of the budget to ensure effective and efficient use of funds in supporting the company's operational activities.
• Process the consolidation of financial data and information so that it can produce financial reports needed by the company accurately and on time.
• Analyze the financial reports and projections that have been prepared to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting principles applicable in Indonesia/group and timeliness in their delivery.
• Analyze the implementation of financial management systems and procedures in the company periodically to ensure all financial processes and transactions run orderly and regularly and reduce financial risks.
• Analyze the activity of paying invoices to third parties and reimbursements to employees (reimbursement) so that payments are made on time, in accordance with the provisions and procedures set by the company.
• Analyze the calculation, reporting and payment of tax obligations by coordinating with the group's tax team to ensure that the company's tax obligations have been met in accordance with applicable tax regulations and provisions.
• Analyze the company's cash flow, especially in accordance with the financial model (if applicable), management of receivables, payables and use of funds, so that the availability of funds for the company's operations can be ensured.
• Analyze invoice collection activities to customers so that the company's financial receipts are carried out on time, in accordance with the provisions and procedures set by the company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accoounting, preferably from reputable university
• Have minimum 4 years in Finance, Accounting & Tax (supervisory level)
• Have exposure in Account Payable Management, Accounting Control, Cashflow Management, Budgeting & Financial Reporting
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Preferably good command in English both verbal and written
