Position: Finance & Admin Staff

About Us

Blubridge Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children with developmental disabilities. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy; which have been widely researched and proven scientifically to be effective in helping children reach their full potential. Our mission is to help these children thrive and effectively participate in the community. With the upcoming launch of our third center in Surabaya, we are also excited to expand our services across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with parents and the finance team regarding invoices, payments, and related inquiries while maintaining accurate records.

•⁠ ⁠Input credit into the Blum system in a timely and precise manner.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist in reimbursement and payment.

•⁠ ⁠Providing support for clinic administration tasks.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills, both in interacting with parents and collaborating with the team

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and in a team environment

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
